Maynard’s entry into Central Florida resulted from a series of moves to expand the Firm’s Florida footprint.

In 2022, Maynard merged with Swann Hadley Stump Dietrich & Spears, P.A., an AV-rated, full-service law firm based in the Winter Park community of Orlando. Along with other strategic lateral additions, this union served as the latest market extension for Maynard, with the new Orlando location establishing the fourteenth office in Maynard’s national practice.

The synergies and collective strength generated by these moves broaden and deepen the Firm’s work within the real estate, banking, and finance sectors. The Orlando market also offers the Firm expansion opportunities in prominent, national practice areas such as Government Solutions, Insurance, and Securities and Financial Services Litigation. With expertise and experience coming from other Maynard offices in Nashville, Huntsville, San Francisco, and Washington D.C., the Firm will look to compellingly create opportunities within the Hospitality, Technology, and Aerospace and Defense sectors as well.
